I'm a facilitator, trainer and learning design practitioner. I've trained and facilitated more than 5,000 people across virtual and in-person environments — from small cohorts to large enterprise rooms.
The useful part of doing this repeatedly is not the number. It is the pattern recognition. You start to notice the moments that make people lean forward, the questions that unlock a room, the activities that look engaging but teach nothing, and the difference between a session people enjoyed and one that actually changed behaviour.
Facilitation Alive is built from those patterns. It combines facilitation craft, learning design and coaching so development happens through practice rather than another set of slides about how to facilitate.
