• facilitator development;
• trainer development;
• facilitation training;
• Train-the-Trainer programmes;
• coaching;
• learning and session design;
• organisational programmes;
• individual facilitator programmes;
• workshops;
• online learning; and
• educational resources and content.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or create a contract for paid services.

Where we agree to provide a programme, workshop, course or consultancy service, additional booking terms, proposals or contractual terms may apply.

Those specific terms take precedence over these general website Terms in relation to that engagement.

Where courses, programmes or digital resources are available for purchase directly through the website, the price and key terms will be displayed before purchase.

Any additional cancellation, refund, access-period or programme-specific conditions presented at checkout form part of your agreement with us.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights which apply to you as a consumer.

Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.

We reserve the right to remove somebody from a live programme where their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment, creates a safety issue, amounts to harassment or is otherwise seriously inappropriate.

Facilitation development involves practice, feedback, experimentation and application.

We cannot guarantee particular career, commercial, performance or employment outcomes from participating in a programme or using our materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Facilitation Alive materials and content remain the intellectual property of TWS Training Ltd or its licensors.

This can include:

• workshop materials;
• facilitator guides;
• frameworks;
• models;
• exercises;
• videos;
• course content;
• downloads;
• templates;
• graphics; and
• articles.

Buying or attending a programme gives you permission to use the materials for your own learning and professional development.

It does not give you permission to reproduce our programme commercially, train others using our proprietary materials, resell them, upload them publicly or distribute them outside any licence expressly granted to you.

During programmes, participants may share ideas, examples and experiences.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring that information they choose to share does not improperly disclose confidential information belonging to an employer, client or another person.

You may not record, reproduce or redistribute a live session without permission.

If we intend to record a session, participants will be informed.

Participation in a programme does not automatically give us permission to use your name, likeness or identifiable work as promotional material.

Where appropriate, separate permission will be requested.

Free articles, videos, resources and other website materials are supplied for educational purposes.

You remain responsible for deciding how to apply them within your own organisation, programmes and professional practice.

Our programmes may use third-party platforms for videoconferencing, collaborative work, learning management or other activities.

Those services are operated by third parties and may be subject to their own terms.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

We may update, replace or remove content and functionality from the website at any time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to those restrictions, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on free educational website content.

Liability relating to a specific paid engagement may be dealt with separately in the agreement governing that engagement.

Our use of personal information is described in the Facilitation Alive Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
